I work with individuals and couples across all age groups. I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist having graduated in Core Process Psychotherapy with the Karuna Institute . I offer long term psychotherapy for those interested in working in depth. I also offer short term work with a more goal orientated focus.

I practise according to the ethical frameworks of the BACP, UKCP and The Karuna Institute. These include strict guidelines on confidentiality, competent practice, continuing professional development and professional supervision.

I have 16 years experience of working with couples and individuals. I am a UKCP accredited Core Process Pyschotherapist. I graduated in Core Process Psychotherpay following 4½ years post graduate training and practice with The Karuna Institute . Accreditation was a further 1 year of training and practice. I hold a BA in Psychology and am also a Relate Certified Couple Counsellor.
