I work with individuals and couples across all age groups. As a UKCP accredited psychotherapist and graduate of the Karuna Institute in Core Process Psychotherapy I offer long term psychotherapy for those interested in working in depth.

I pratice according to the ethical framework defined by the BACP, UKCP and Karuna Institute which define strict guidelines on confidentiality and competent practice through continuing professional development with professional supervision.

I have 13 years experience of working with couples and individuals. I am a UKCP accredited Core Process Pyschotherapist. I am a graduate in Core Process Psychotherpay following 4½ years post graduate training and practice with The Karuna Institute. Accreditation was a further 1 year of training and practice. I hold a BA in Psychology and am also a Relate Certified Counsellor.
